Secretary Services on spot guarantees professional services in Clients office. With this service all the troubles of finding suitable secretary, handling secretary’s vocation and illness period are resolved by us. We ensure the consistency of the service and guarantee that you would always have secretary there to assist you.
Secretary Services in our Business Center is an opportunity for all our Business Center lessees as additional service. Our secretary will help you with answering the telephone calls, composing letters and faxes, copying and printing, preparing the meetings, catering etc.
Our receptionist guarantees friendly greeting and smile and guides all the quests, clients and partners of the lessee to the right offices. Reception services are guaranteed in all our Business Centers but we offer the service also to other Business Centers such as Ülemiste City´s.
Replacement secretary will replace the secretary when you have not yet found a secretary of your own or your secretary is out of office on vacation or on sick leave.
All our secretary services can be used on the bases of an hour, week or month.
