Petrasol´s receptionist assures friendly greeting and directs business building tenants customers and business partners to the right floor. In addition to the receptionist service, Ülemiste city customers can use also other secretarial services, when it’s needed. When customer haven’t found their own appropriate secretary or their secretary is away from the office due to the illness or vacation.
For example, there is possibility to use phone operating services, where Petrasol´s secretary answers customers phone, using customers company name, in different languages when it’s necessary. According to the previous agreement, secretary either takes the message and passes it on via e-mail or direct the call straight to the wanted person. The services works like it’s your own companies secretary!
In addition to that we offer every kind of traditional secretarial services, starting from sending letters and faxing, finishing with communication with authorities. You can order postal services, book trips and accommodation through us, we help you with translation services and other administrative question handeling.
